Air Hockey
You have received one of our special Air Hockey kits! We packed these up just for events, so they're slightly different than our normal kits, but should give you the same experience. If you want to know the differences, scroll all the way down to the bottom.
Bryan Vines supplied us with this incredible project. You can build your own little air hockey table. It is admittedly pretty simple, but the end result is so much fun to play with.
You should go follow Bryan on youtube.
For a bit of behind-the-scenes information, we actually had a different project planned for this month. However, we weren't satisfied with how well it worked, it needed a little more cooking. We feel it is extremely important that we don't ship you a project that doesn't work well, so we decided to postpone it. That same day, Bryan's air hockey project popped up in the discord and it was a perfect fit.
Our goal is to provide an assembly video for each project. Since we were working on a last-minute kind of situation here, we're letting Bryan's video do the work (skip to 06:17 for the instructions). You'll notice that some parts are slightly different than yours because Bryan made some nice updates for us, for example, the battery pack clips into place now, so no need for tape. He also made a version that fits on a prusa mini/ bambu a1 mini!
Download the 3d printable files for the Air Hockey table below. We suggest printing on a smooth plate using PLA for best results.

- 2x blower fans
- 1x battery pack
- 4x AA batteries

- 2 Wago style wire connectors

What's different:
- the samples are from our old leftovers instead of our current month's samples. They may have labels going all the way back to when we were called "Alien3D". All of our current samples come with a QR code that takes you to that filament online.
- the accessory, a UV flashlight is different than the accessory that was provided when we gave this kit to our subscribers.
- another difference is that we had a little more time so Brian Vines updated the files to be even better. We did update the originals though, so those folks now have access to the better files.
---- and here's an assembly video of our improved kit. --
Accessory: UV Flashlight
It is surprising how useful a UV flashlight can be. Aside from finding neat things that are UV reactive around the house, like most cleaning agents and some scorpions, you can use it for things like curing UV resin.
